• Payment of all outstanding fees
• Survival of confidentiality and indemnification clauses
• Cooperation in transition of services

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Good Faith Negotiation

Parties agree to first attempt to resolve disputes through good faith negotiation and direct communication.

11.2 Mediation

If negotiation fails, disputes will be resolved through mediation administered by a recognized Indonesian mediation center.

11.3 Arbitration
